[scene opens outside of the Herby City public library (named "Library and That")]
NARRATOR: In Herby City Centre lies this library. The word "library" is derived from the Latin "librus", meaning "shhhhh!"
[cut to inside the library, as Lou pushes Andy around in his wheelchair]
LOU: Sooo ... Have you seen anything you fancy?
[Andy points to the shelf (without looking)]
ANDY: Yeah, I want that one!
LOU: That one?
ANDY: Yeah.
[Lou reaches over to the shelf and pulls off the book "A Political and Social History of China"]
LOU: Well, that is a book on Chinese history ...
[Andy continues staring straight ahead (as if Lou and the book don't even exist)]
ANDY: Yeah I know!
LOU: Well, how'd you know, you weren't even looking at it!
ANDY: Yeah I know!
LOU: It all looks a bit involved, really. Now, how about that book I was telling you about in the van, about the caveboy who lives in a rubbish tip ... "Stig of the Dumps"?
[he again points to the shelf without looking]
ANDY: And I want that one!
[Lou pulls out another book and looks it over]
LOU: That is "Chinese Language and its Origins". Again, it ... uh, it might be a little bit hard for you.
ANDY: I want it!
LOU: All right. You got these two. Now, you're allowed one more. Shall we see if we can find "Stig of the Dumps"?
[he again points without looking]
ANDY: That one!
LOU: That one?
ANDY: Yeah.
[he pulls out the book, revealing it to be another copy of "A Political and Social History of China"]
LOU: That is the same one as you've got there ...
ANDY: Yeah I know!
LOU: Well ... You're sure you want these three?
ANDY: Yeah!
LOU: You're positive?
ANDY: Yeah!
LOU: All right. Let's go and get them stamped.
[cut to outside of the library, as Lou wheels Andy out the front entrance]
LOU: So, are you happy with your choices?
ANDY: Yeah!
LOU: You're sticking with these three?
ANDY: Yeah!
LOU: Good.
ANDY: [pause] I can't read!
[Lou takes the three books and heads back into the library, leaving Andy outside]

From bbc.co.uk:

In Herby City live Andy and his carer Lou. Lou selflessly dedicates his life to looking after wheelchair-bound Andy and Andy selfishly dedicates his life to making things as difficult as possible for Lou. What Lou doesn't know is that there's nothing wrong with Andy's legs, and whenever he turns his back, Andy's off out of his chair and gambolling about like a fat, balding, semi-naked spring lamb.
