[scene opens inside of a library, where several patrons are sitting and quietly reading, as a young female librarian carries a stack of books across the room (there is also a giant Pepsi vending machine off to the side for some reason)]
[cut to Michael J. Fox, who is trying to read a book (and looking bored doing so), when he drops it on the table with a loud thud]
[cut to another male patron, who looks up from his book at the sound (and gives Michael a dirty look)]
[cut back to Michael, who gives him a weak smile, then he looks over his shoulder at the Pepsi machine]
[cut to a closeup of Michael's chair (as it makes a loud squeaking noise when he pushes it out to stand up), then cut to the librarian (brown curly hair, thick brown glasses, white shirt) as she looks up from the card catalog at the sound]
[cut to Michael placing his book on the nearby copier as he walks up to the vending machine, then he holds up a dollar bill and turns to the other patrons]
MICHAEL: Does somebody have any--
[cut to the male patron, who puts a finger to his lips and angrily shushes Michael]
PATRON: Shhh!
MICHAEL: [pause] Change?
[he looks back at the vending machine, then the copier starts up by itself]
[cut to a closeup of his book ("The Power of Suggestion, Volume 2: Theory and Practice, by Dr. Harold Fortune"), as Michael watches the machine spit out a copy of a Pepsi can]
[cut to Michael as he holds up the piece of paper]
MICHAEL: [quietly] What?
[he rips off the top of the paper, which makes a "soda can pull tab" sound effect ... then he looks down and bubbles of carbonation are shooting out of the top of the piece of paper]
[cut to a closeup of the paper, as droplets of condensation appear on the "soda" (which Michael wipes off and examines with his finger)]
[cut to Michael rolling the paper up (which makes an "aluminum can" sound effect), as he whistles and looks around to make sure no one is watching him]
[cut to a closeup of Michael as he puts the rolled-up paper (Pepsi can side out) to his lips, tilts his head back, and "drinks" it ... complete with "gulping" sound effects]
[cut back to the librarian (still with her hand on the same drawer of the card catalog), who turns at the sound and gives him a dirty look]
[cut back to Michael, who finishes "drinking" and gulps down the last of it]
MICHAEL: Ahhh ...
[cut back to the male patron, who again angrily shushes him]
PATRON: Shhh!
[cut back to Michael, who crumples up the piece of paper (which again makes the sound of an aluminum can) and throws it in the wastebasket with a loud "clunk" ... then he puts his finger to his lips and mockingly "shushes" the patron]
ANNOUNCER: Pepsi ...
MICHAEL: [quietly] Shhh ...
ANNOUNCER: The choice of a new generation.

How to get a drink in a library...

From blogspot.com:

Mc Fly is in a library and finds himself thirsty. He has no change for the Pepsi machine so he creates a drink out of paper and drinks it. I'm not making this one up.
