[scene opens in a public library, as an elderly female Muppet librarian (purple skin, orange nose, puffy white hair, glasses on a chain around her neck, plaid dress) sits at the front desk, while several Muppet patrons (including Telly Monster) are quietly milling about ... the camera follows one Muppet patron entering the library, as the librarian looks up from her book at him (apparently disturbed by the sound of the footsteps), so he quickly makes his way to the corner and buries his nose in a book]
[cut to Little Chrissy and the Alphabeats walking into the library, as Telly looks up from his book and gasps (causing the librarian to jump)]
TELLY MONSTER: Little Chrissy and the Alphabeats ... in the library!
[he runs over to them and starts talking loudly ... meanwhile, the librarian (rather than getting angry at the noise) just stares at the band with mouth agape]
TELLY MONSTER: Little Chrissy! Little Chrissy! You're Little Chrissy! What're you doing here in the library?
LITTLE CHRISSY: Why, we stopped by to check out some books!
TELLY MONSTER: Some books?
LITTLE CHRISSY: Isn't that what most people do in a library?
TELLY MONSTER: Well, yeah but--
[they start walking around the library, and Telly follows (while the librarian continues staring at them]
TELLY MONSTER: But you're a big rock and roll star and everything! I mean, you're always doing concerts and television shows and exciting stuff like that!
LITTLE CHRISSY: Why, you think all we ever do is rock and roll?
[he turns to the Alphabeats]
LITTLE CHRISSY: Let's set this dude straight ...
[one of the bookshelves suddenly extends to reveal a piano, as Little Chrissy starts playing and singing]
LITTLE CHRISSY: When we finish rock and rollin' on Saturday night, we need a change of pace and so we say "Alright!" We know just what, it is we need ...
ALPHABEAT 1: These rock and rollers want something to read!
LITTLE CHRISSY: Well sure, it's lots of fun to be a rock and roll star!
[cut to everyone in the library (including Telly and the librarian) bopping their heads back and forth to the sound of the music]
LITTLE CHRISSY: But being a rock and roll reader is better by far! That's why we're here, we're all agreed ...
ALPHABEAT 1: These rock and rollers need something to read!
LITTLE CHRISSY: We're rock and roll readers!
ALPHABEATS: Rock and rollers want something to read!
LITTLE CHRISSY: Rock and roll readers!
ALPHABEATS: Reading's something rock and rollers need!
LITTLE CHRISSY: When we're not on the stage, we're likely to be ... Making an appearance at the library!
ALPHABEAT 1: Making an appearance at the library!
LITTLE CHRISSY: Well, we've been rock and rolling from the east to west! But when we're finished rock and rolling, there's one thing we like best! We put down our guitars, we take our fingers off the keys ...
ALPHABEAT 1: And pick up a book and read!
LITTLE CHRISSY: We're rock and roll readers!
ALPHABEATS: Rock and rollers want something to read!
LITTLE CHRISSY: Rock and roll readers!
ALPHABEATS: Reading's something rock and rollers need!
[cut to everyone in the library, including (once again) the suddenly lenient librarian, dancing to the music]
LITTLE CHRISSY: When we're not on the stage, we're likely to be ... Making an appearance at the library!
ALPHABEAT 1: Making an appearance at the library
LITTLE CHRISSY: Making an appearance at the library!
[Telly runs up to them as they finish their set]
TELLY MONSTER: That's great! That was great! You guys are rock and rolling here in the librar--
[the band suddenly stops playing, as they all stare at Telly and shush him]

From wikia.com:
"Rock 'N Roll Readers" is a Sesame Street song sung by Little Chrissy and the Alphabeats. In this song, Telly Monster gets nervous when he sees the group at the library, thinking that they only perform at rock concerts, but then he learns that they do more than just sing at concerts, and enjoy being at the library.
